价钱

重量

我们的鱼的重量是活鱼重量（毛重）。然而，您收到的鱼的重量将会比毛重大约低10％-20％（因为鳞片，鱼胆，鱼鳃已被去除）。 如果是切片的话。将会减少约50％的重量（由于头部，骨骼，鳞片，内脏，鳃，鳍已被去除）。

当海鲜登陆船上时，鱼的重量就是活鱼的重量（毛重）。一旦把鱼清理后，重量就会减低（去除头部，骨骼，鳞片，内脏，鳃和鳍的重量）。

库存数量

我们的所有产品均视供应情况而定。由于我们所有的海鲜每天都从海里捕获，我们无法控制我们实现的捕抓的数量。如果您购买的产品没有库存，我们将会退还该产品的销售价格或在客户同意后更换其他类似价值的产品。

交货

我们会根据你选择的时间安排送货，请确保您填写交货地点是正确可用的。如果错过了送货时间的话，我们将不负责额外费用。在这种情况下，我们也不会接受退款或兑换。
要注意：送货地址不可以是PO Box， 如果你填写的地址是PO Box 的话，您将要全权负责额外费用，不予退款。

此外，我们建议您如果不是在收到货的同一天内烹饪的话，应该立即将海鲜收到冰箱的冷藏处，以保持其新鲜度，风味和营养以及不变的肉质。
